His presence is enough and is always there! Amen! Such a great reminder. I am also going through an overwhelming and exhausting trial where it is difficult to see what God is doing and impossible to know when it will end, but looking for the little things in God’s creation be grateful for each day have been a huge help to me. Whenever I feel like Peter who looks at the waves, becomes afraid and overwhelmed, I begin to doubt God and start to sink too. However, God has not failed to take my hand when I’m drowning in my fears and overwhelmed by depressing thoughts about my circumstances. Every time, He’s reached in and pulled me out, placing me on the rock that He is and reminding me who He is. Thank You so much for sharing this devotional for it is such a great reminder and an uplifting encouragement to be reminded that there is a rainbow somewhere and there is an end to suffering someday, and God is with us through it All.
